  • WILL THE EVENT BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW VIRTUALLY?

    Please note that this is a live event at the NEC, Birmingham meaning our content will not be available in a virtual format. We do record some sessions which take place at the show and release them post event to the SAAS Community.

  • CAN I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT ONLINE?

    Registration for the Schools & Academies Show Birmingham is not yet open. However, you can register your interest here and we’ll be in touch with further updates when registration is live!

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER THE EVENT?

    Download the GovNet App so you can log in to access your badge and begin scheduling your day. If you have not received your ConnectEd welcome email, simply email meetings@schoolsandacademiesshow.co.uk.

    You can also collect your badge at the show entrance by simply providing your name and organisation.

  • HOW DO I OBTAIN A BADGE IF I WORK IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR?

    The Schools & Academies Show primarily serves the public sector. If you are representing a private sector organisation, the cost to attend is £699 + VAT per delegate. You can register your interest in joining us here.

    We also recommend exhibiting or sponsoring.  You can enquire about sponsorship opportunities by filling out our enquiry form here and a member of our team will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful.

  • DOES IT COST FOR ME TO REGISTER AS A VISITOR TO THE SHOW?

    This is a free to attend show for Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Local and Central Government and the wider public sector. Register your interest here to be the first to hear when registration is live and secure your free pass!

    Private sector tickets are available on a first come first served basis and are £699+ VAT. If you are interested in exhibiting or sponsorship opportunities, you can also apply for a stand at the show by enquiring here.

  • WHO CAN ATTEND?

    Registering and visiting the show is completely free for Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Local and Central Government and the wider public sector.

  • HOW MANY CPD POINTS CAN I GAIN FROM ATTENDING?

    In total, we offer over 30 hours of CPD certified content split across multiple theatres during the 1-day event.

    You will be scanned on entry to the sessions that you attend so that we can track the number of CPD points you have collected during your visit. Unless you can be in two theatres at once, we would estimate a maximum of 7 CPD points for attending the event.

    It can take up to 30 days to process the CPD information. We will do our best to get your certificates to you as quickly as possible and are grateful for your patience.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CPD CERTIFICATE?

  • HOW CAN I GET TO THE VENUE?

  • WHAT ARE THE ACCESSIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS?

  • CAN I BUY FOOD AND DRINK AT THE VENUE?

    Yes, you can still buy food and drink at the NEC. You can find out more about this here.

    A variety of our exhibitors provide snacks and goodies from their stands and we also have a Networking Area which will provide sandwiches and refreshments as well as a full catering area to the right of the inside of Hall 1.

  • WHAT CLOAKROOM FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE?

    We provide a free cloakroom for all attendees which can be found outside of the main entrance to Hall 1.

    The Cloakroom will open 30 minutes prior to the event opening and close when the event finishes.

  • IS THERE FREE WIFI?

    The NEC provide free visitor Wi-Fi across the NEC, with no code required.

  • ARE THERE HOTELS CLOSE TO THE VENUE?

    Yes. If you would prefer to stay nearby for the duration of the show, there are a wealth of options close by to the NEC. Find out more about the hotels in the area and make your reservation here.

  • WHERE CAN I PARK?

    The NEC has parking available, which you can find out more about here. If you are travelling to the ExCeL by road, please use postcode B40 1NT to find us.

  • WHAT ARE THE SHOW DATES, HOURS AND VENUE?

    Venue: National Exhibition Centre, North Ave, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT

    Our Educators Networking Hour will begin on the show floor from 3:30pm. Please feel free to join us for some light refreshments with our speakers.
