School leaders can select bespoke digital content (including videos) that they would like to see from their candidates and ask referees bespoke questions.

From one simple dashboard, school leaders can work collaboratively and remotely to browse, rank and review their candidates’ digital portfolios containing all requested content and references, improving insight while saving admin time.
