Cidari Multi Academy Trust, a growing 13 Academy MAT, spread across Lancashire. In 2007, after a ten-year career in visitor attractions, hospitality, and Museums, Matt moved into the Education sector as a School Business Leader at a secondary school In Blackpool where he remained until the creation of Cidari in 2014. Passionate about the role that School Business Professionals can play in the strategic leadership of our sector, Matt advocates for the positive transformative impact that well-informed, collaborative, evidence-based, strategic financial and operational decision making, and planning can have on our schools. Developing a philosophy and culture that is sustainable and compliant, and which puts pupils, colleagues, and communities at the heart of all we do.
