Bailey started as a family business in 1975 and has grown from there, now split into two divisions: Architectural Façades and Flat Roofing.  Whilst we now have a much larger capacity enabling us to service any size of project, we have still maintained that family feel, giving customers the most personal and tailored experience.

The Bailey Flat Roofing Product Range is wide and varied, including high performance bitumen felts, single ply membranes and cold-applied liquid systems.

We provide a range of services to surveyors, property managers, multi academy trusts and schools.  These include condition surveys, specification writing, technical drawing, and maintenance scheduling.  We work with a network of approved contractors to enable us to offer insurance-backed single-point guarantees.
