Association of Education Advisors

The Association of Education Advisers (AoEA) is raising the quality of education advice so that every school, college, and education provider has access to high-quality support, advice, and challenge, which is independent and focused on improving outcomes for children, schools, and their communities.

We provide an accredited quality standard, to offer continuous professional development and to create a community for those who advise and support schools, colleges, and other education providers. Our belief is that all children, teachers, and leaders want to improve and to promote a culture in which support and challenge are welcomed and dependence on external compliance and regulation is reduced.
