Cyber Choices – Metropolitan Police Service

Cyber Choices is a National programme designed to reduce cyber crime, including illegal hacking of computers and networks, denial of service and the writing, distribution or deployment of malware.

We work with schools and academies to provide presentations and learning around what constitutes illegal computer use and the law controlling this. We provide signposting to resources where skills can be developed in a legal way and promote careers with the cyber sector.

We also work with specific individuals referred into us who may be vulnerable to committing cyber crime and divert them onto a more productive path by using educational visits, workshops and online training. Anyone can make a referral to us so please get in touch if you know of an individual that we can help.

We are here to help prevent cyber crime and divert young people onto a legal and productive pathway.
