We manage cleaning contracts in both the public and private sectors, from small village primary schools to large secondary and senior schools, universities and further education colleges and internal and external cleaning of communal areas to public sector social housing We have considerable experience in the large institutions within the city of London many education establishments as well as financial institutions and work from various offices within London and Essex.

Our high-quality service, coupled with competitive rates and extensive database of qualified personnel, we employ over 1400 cleaning operatives across all of our contracts. Lewis & Graves were one of the first cleaning contractors to gain accreditation to ISO 9001 -2008 in 1995 when it was BS 5750. We began working with Carbon Footprint in April 2009 to develop our own environmental credentials and gain accreditation to ISO 14001 in 2009.

In April 2013 we achieved OHSAS18001 we have transitioned to ISO45001 in September 2020.

More recently we have achieved accreditations in ISO 27001 Information Security Management, Cyber Essentials and also our Safe Contractor Accreditation.

We are members of BICSc, IWFM and registered members of the Federation of Window Cleaners.

The Lewis & Graves Partnership has offset its carbon consumption and is now a carbon neutral company and PAS 2060 approved. Carbon footprint carried out an independent ESOS assessment report and this was approved by their Lead Assessor as part of our compliance with the requirements of ESOS we have completed both phase 1 & 2 we are currently working towards phase 3.
