Silica Associates

Since 2005, Silica Associates has been supporting Single and Multi-Academy Trusts as well as FE Colleges in their strategic growth through the conversion of schools to Academy status; developing Free School bids; managing the pre-opening phase of new mainstream and special Academies, Free Schools, University Technical Colleges and Studio Schools; and merging Academy Trusts and Colleges.

We have developed a range of best practice processes to mitigate issues that are likely to arise, as well as developed excellent relationships with colleagues in the DfE and many Local Authorities. All of our work has come through recommendations from satisfied customers.
