Craig Watson

Craig is a Poverty Proofing Coordinator working at Children North East, a current governor in school with over a decade of experience as a primary teacher. Having spent the majority of time working in very disadvantaged areas of Newcastle, he has a good understanding of how poverty can affect pupils, families and the schools and uses his role within Children North East to help eliminate barriers for these children to ensure they can take a full and active part in school life.
