Darren is the Portfolio Strategy and Propositions Director at Capita focusing on UK Public Services. Darren has over 30 years’ experience working in and for UK Public Services delivering solutions that create better outcomes for customers, citizens and society. In recent years Darren worked on various property, place and net zero programmes and currently has led the use of Smart Buildings technology to address some our customers biggest challenges – improving energy efficiency, creating data led pathways to net zero, improving the health, safety and wellbeing of people in buildings and to transition property estates to meet the new demands of a post covid, hybrid workplaces.
