Tanya Arkle started her civil service career as a microbiologist before moving to a range of policy roles across government. She has worked in the Education and Skills Funding Agency since 2016. She was responsible for Academy funding in the South-West and South East of England, before moving to lead the School Resource Management Division. Tanya is a strong advocate for improving diversity across Whitehall and also a non-executive director for a Multi Academy Trust in the South-West.
