In November 2022 Lewis & Graves went through an organisational restructuring with Atlas FM Limited and we were appointed new shareholders, L&G are a wholly owned subsidiary and continue to trade as an independent company and Atlas FM Limited are our Ultimate Parent Company.
Atlas FM Limited are a nationwide Total Facilities Management Company and over the past 35 years, they have developed into a fully accredited, award winning National Support Services Company they employ almost 10,000 facilities management personnel and is present in every region of the UK with a turnover approaching £200M.
This organisational restructuring has strengthened L&G presence in the market now having the resources of Atlas FM Limited.
