The Association of Education Advisers (AoEA)

The Association of Education Advisers provides membership, accreditation and training to senior leaders in education who support and advise schools and colleges throughout the UK and abroad. We offer bespoke training and development which is focused on all aspects of school support and the key skills of influencing and enabling school and college improvement.

Our criteria-based training is designed to assist those going through the accreditation process, but also for those looking for CPD for themselves, their team or organisation. Our training experts are nationally recognised trainers in their field who work at both a national and an international level.
